BizSpark is a Microsoft-sponsored program to provide startups with free tools, software and network opportunities.  Monday’s event is a day to learn about finding new funding sources, partner strategies, best practices, pitch techniques and more.

Opera version 10.5 was released this week for Windows, Mac & Linux versions coming soon, and it’s sporting a slick new design, private browsing features, and more.
