Earlier this week and yesterday at OpenCoffee Dublin we’ve been having discussions on trying an alternate day. For September we’re going to try having a Saturday morning OpenCoffee. Which days would suit people best? Please add your comments about dates & times below.
We’re thinking of using the New York Grind, but are open to other suggestions. Thoughts?
Sounds good. There would certainly seem to be a need for it for people that can’t get away from work and other commitments that they have to maintain while trying to start up their startups.
NYG is a good spot and nice and central and welcoming - thanks to Ana
It would be nice to try a Saturday afternoons alright, not all of us can get the time off work to attend the weekday meetings. Alternatively, a lunch-time meeting on a weekday might be worth a shot.
Saturday sounds good to me, it would make it easier for me attend on a non workday.
Just when I was finally thinking I would be able to make the Thursday one when we move into the Hub in September
But Saturday might have a good chance of working for me. However that is subject to approval from the family as it interferes with ‘Quality Time’ !
All in favor of a Saturday morning OCC (or brunch, it’s always better with food
I’ve never been to NYG and I’ll be happy to discover it. And for now, all my Saturday mornings are free-ish in September.
Looks like I’m a pretty easy fellow
I find it hard to make the Thursday meetings as I try to coincide them with some business meetings up in Dublin. I’d be on for trying the saturday mornings and pushing the saturday golf until the afternoon.
I’ve written a review of NY Grind previously, with some breakfast/brunch tips.

Sounds like a great idea - but not too early like! brunch time sounds grand.
Yes Saturday seems like the best day - most people won’t be able to commit to taking time off work on an ongoing basis.
I think Saturdays are a great idea too - although I am finally able to attend the Thursdays now that I don’t do the 9-5. Looking forward to finally getting along to one on whichever day!
